Acumen’s establishes or follows our clients’ procedures to oversee the creation, review, approval, release, distribution, access, storage, security and disposal of documents. Our office engineers keep things organized by efficiently completing and processing all incoming and outgoing documents, logging electronic or hard copy documents in the document control database, scanning documents if necessary, and filing them according to file system protocols. We track project/program contracts, the life cycle of drawings with all revisions, and requests for information and submittals. We also identify, control and account for specification and change documents directly related to the assigned project.
